Naka was adrift with no means to focus, but accidentally starting a tremor in her hometown lets everyone know what she is and sentences her to confinement. The Citadel sends a representative to take her away, but the information that he is given will make sure that she finds no friends off Resicor. Her life is no longer her own, but her talent begs to be used, and on the planet of Piq, she finds something very wrong. The empty world should not be empty. Its mind has been stolen and lodged in the moon. In his efforts to escape, the living mind of the planet has almost ripped his old body apart. With skills she didn’t know she had, Naka steps in to carry one mind back to its home. She hopes she will survive the process.

The storyline is great, HOWEVER, the book is far to too short (69-72+ pages) for the price. It would seem that Ms. Grace has an incredible propensity for writing dozens of books but she can't seem to make these books longer.

Again, my main objection to her books is the brevity. Girl in jeopardy, hero comes along, problem solved. And, maybe it's me, but the problems in her books are solved far too neatly and quickly. There's never any type of repercussions or anger on the 'villain's' part...they just give up and wander off. I mean, if I was a villain and decided that I was going to do X,Y and Z I would definitely have put some thought into my plans and built in some contingencies just in case something goes wrong.

Ms. Grace has some ingenious plots in her books and relatively believable characters, but they're just too short. By the time you get a sense of the characters and sink into the plot...the book is done.

It's like trying to grill a beautiful piece of steak but with no fire or heat.

I really liked this book. Naka made the earth tremor but there was no reason as to why, then she is put in the Dome on the planet Resicor as a dangerous, murdering talent, unbeknownst to her, and she is lost as to the why of it all. She has no idea what her talent is until Viiko, a Dhemon from the Citadel takes her off her world to the planet Piq in which she is needed to make more geologically stable. It is then that she learns she was used as a scapegoat and nothing in the report from Resicor is true. When she lands on Piq she learns who and what she really is and she means to make it good. This story is more than just finding oneself but much more in the process. I liked both characters and felt they went well together once Viiko understood Naka really was. The whole story flowed well and it was complete even for a short novella. I look forward to the next one.
With all things in life you have to look beyond the obvious. This book is about tolerating the difference in each other and space around us.
This book is recommended for anyone who can accept the difference in each other with a little romance thrown in.
This was a good book. I want tell you the story but I loved the moon. Well worth the money and overall a good read.
Learn your powerful talent, meet your future mate and then get hijacked while helping another victim. This book was fun, as the heroine learned how to deal.
Well done, dheamon meets resicoran and both become avatars for the planet and moon and masuo suits for them both, very handy.
